A week after his release from the IDF, and shortly after he parted ways with Noa Kirl, Jonathan Margie releases a mini-album with four songs. On the album he worked with Jordi, Static, Ron Bitton, Yishai Suissa and Michael Suissa.
The album's four songs are "Don't Be Alone", "28th Floor", "Amusement Park" and "Angel".
A press release attached to the album states that it "describes the different angles of not being alone, and incorporates authentic tracks from the studio and documentary exposure from the songwriting process. In doing so, Margie takes the audience on his personal journey."
The launch event for the album was held by Margie yesterday (Wednesday) and the big surprise was the arrival of Noa Kirl, the ex, to the event, shortly after it was announced that she was already in a new relationship.
Kirl hurried to declare that she was coming to Pargan, and the gesture seemed to excite Margie who could not hold back her tears as she took the stage to perform.
Earlier, when asked about Kiral he said: "I'm fine, thanks for the concern. We talk occasionally. We made a decision we knew would do us both good, a decision that came from a mature place. In the end, even if we broke up, love and concern for each other remained. We are fine." .
On the mini-new album he said: "I experienced so much while writing the songs on the album, that it was important for me to take my audience on a journey, to introduce it to my world. "That's more to bring my audience into my world. Even when we finished working on my previous album, I knew the next in line would be in the eighties style."
What about you and this period? You have not been born yet.
"True, I'm 21, but I've always had a connection to the eighties. In hindsight I understand I always liked things that had an element from the eighties, Michael Jackson, The Weekend. I'm very connected to this period. We went for a concept that combines nostalgia for the eighties with my vibe, An album that explores the angle of what it means to be alone. "
But when you were working on the album you were still with Noa Kirl.
"You talk about romantic and marital loneliness, but it's not just about that. I do not know exactly what happened to me when we worked on it. Many times I write something from the subconscious. It's amazing to me that I could write a year ago about Margie of another year."
You are quite a bit on the line to Los Angeles. What about the career there?
"I'm constantly working on everything related to there. I'm back from Los Angeles now, there will be more trips. I'll be on the line, with the intention of maintaining two careers at the same time. Angeles (Saban Music Group and Universal Music Group - MK) and works with the people I dreamed of working with.
I have known a lot of people there, and we are developing this thing, both in terms of creative and in terms of building my image.
There are a lot of things and a lot of meetings and dating. "
You also got a taste of the game world in the children's series "PPS" which aired on yes. Do you intend to continue in the field of gaming?
"I will be honest and say that I do not concentrate on it now, but more on my music. But it is always an open channel for me, and if there is an interesting offer I will definitely check. I really like to play, I have always loved, love everything related to it and its psychology."
So I understand that there is nothing to talk about a trip after the army.
