If there is one sector where the Draghi revolution is evident, it is infrastructure.
Even before the European recovery plan, the unblocking of the shutdown works was almost immediate.
In a few months, the Minister of Infrastructures, Enrico Giovannini, entrusted no less than 102 late or suspended projects to 49 commissioners, engineers endowed with extraordinary powers allowing them to step up the pace.
And this for a total value of 96 billion euros,
"the equivalent of four to five years of public works in Italy",
explains Romain Bocognani, deputy director of ANCE, the association of builders.
