The artist Jiang Ruolin (formerly known as Jiang Ling) was retrial for a case involving breach of contract by the former manager company Huanyu. Jiang Ruolin continued to give evidence today and accepted cross-examination by Huanyu's representative lawyer.
The lawyer pointed out that Jiang had a good relationship with Lin Xiaoming, the boss of Huanyu. In the messages the two exchanged, Jiang claimed to be a "half girl" and said that Lin should not work hard. He would also say to Lin: "Happy Father's Day."
Jiang denied that he had a very good relationship with Lin, but said that Lin had disclosed that he had a bad relationship with his children, and that when Lin divorced his wife, he did not receive support from his children.
The plaintiff is Universe Artist Management Co., Ltd., and the defendants are Jiang Ling and Dongwang International Entertainment Co., Ltd.
In the filing in 2014, Universe stated that Jiang had signed a 10-year artist manager contract under his parents’ guardianship in 2004. One of the clauses stated that Universe had priority to renew the contract with Jiang for 5 years, and Universe also notified Jiang Hui to exercise. The right to renew the contract, but Jiang unilaterally stated that he would not renew the contract, and even refused to participate in the work that Huanyu took, and Huanyu then claimed for compensation.

Jiang said to bear the cost of headache medicine for staff
Jiang pointed out that in addition to music expenses, she also has to bear the staff's headache medicine, toothpicks, and dancers' laundry fees.
Huanyu’s barrister pointed out that the headache medicine and toothpick expenses mentioned by Jiang appeared only once in the receipt, and that the dancer’s expenses were music expenses.
Jiang expressed that he disagreed that it was a music expenditure, and was a little excited that he still didn't understand how to define it.
Huanyu’s barrister questioned why Jiang had not inquired about the advance fees for many years. Jiang emphasized that both she and her mother had inquired, but Lin Xiaoming responded that it was a rule of practice.
Regarding Jiang’s statement yesterday, Lin Xiaoming had not done anything to protect her reputation regarding Jiang and Lin’s scandal, and he was even angry at Lin.
Jiang Jin clarified that he was excited when he gave his testimony yesterday and emphasized that the incident had passed.

Huanyu’s barrister asked whether the relationship between Jiang and Lin was very good during the time involved in the case and read out multiple messages between Lin and Jiang.
Among them, Jiang said that as a "half woman," he told the other party not to work hard.
Jiang Ting explained that Lin had revealed that his relationship with his children was poor, and that his children did not support Lin during the divorce between Lin and his wife.
So Jiang wanted to talk to Jiang about "Happy Father's Day"; once Lin Zanjiang performed well at work.
In the message, Lin asked Jiang to eat abalone at his house. Jiang responded: "Finally it is my turn." Jiang Yi once passed a photo of his styling to Lin, and Lin responded: "Sculpting abalone."
Wei Jiang did not agree that the relationship with Lin was very good at that time.
Universe’s barrister also mentioned Jiang’s disappearance, saying that Universe Fei Jiang said that he had never done anything.
Jiang responded by stating that the photos "have been published today, and major websites are still circulating."
