In the murder trial for the death of a 19-year-old sunk in the Weser, the Verden district court sentenced the three defendants to several years in prison on Thursday.
The chamber could not prove a homicide of the two men and the woman.
It is therefore certain that the 19-year-old died on the property of the 41-year-old defendant.
The process could not clarify the exact circumstances of how the woman was killed.
Verden / Aller - What is certain, however, is that the naked corpse was tied to a concrete slab and thrown over a bridge railing into the river in the Lower Saxony district of Nienburg.
According to the verdict, the 41-year-old has been sentenced to eight years in prison for severe forced prostitution, rape, attempted rape, attempted sexual assault and dangerous bodily harm by omission.
The 54-year-old defendant was sentenced to three years and nine months in prison for aiding and abetting forced prostitution, aiding and abetting rape, aiding and abetting attempted rape, aiding and abetting attempted sexual assault and dangerous bodily harm by omission.
