Squalls have triggered several fire services in Düsseldorf.
Since Thursday night, the forces have been deployed to 47 danger spots, mostly because of loose branches, fallen trees or barriers at construction sites, the fire brigade said.
Düsseldorf / Märkischer Kreis - Two tents, which were used, among other things, as a corona test center, had to be secured.
"So far there have been no reports of injuries in connection with the storm." Some parked cars were damaged.
The police in the Märkisches Kreis warned to be particularly vigilant because of falling branches and fallen trees.
Due to the storm, the emergency services have so far mastered around 30 missions.
"In almost all cases, fallen trees were the trigger of danger spots," said the police.
There were no injuries.
