Kobi is accused of running the company by fraud, sending hands and using severe violence, including extorting attorney's threats to steal NIS 3 million from trust accounts. Kobi used the money he defrauded, obtained it violently and laundered it, in order to meet the payment terms set, while hiding his assets and preventing the disclosure of his criminal acts using third parties. He is also accused of transferring NIS 19 million to his personal use.
