Ingredients

  • For tuna salad:

    • 2 cans of tuna in olive oil - filtered

    • 2 pickles - cut into small cubes

    • 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise (permission)

    • Salt

    • black pepper

  • For tortillas:

    • 2 whole wheat tortillas (diameter 25 cm)

    • 2 slices of light yellow cheese 9 percent fat

    • Oil spray

  • To serve:

    • Fresh chopped vegetables

Preparation

How to make tortilla toast with tuna salad?

  • 1 Transfer the tuna to a mixing bowl, add the pickles and mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper and mix.

  • 2 Heat a large non-stick pan and sprinkle a thin layer of oil spray on it.

  • Put an open tortilla on the pan and spread half of it in a tuna salad.

    Sprinkle over the tuna small slices of yellow cheese and cover with the other half of the tortilla.

  • Fry until golden, turn to the other side and fry until the cheese has melted.

  • 5 Serve immediately with fresh chopped vegetables.
