A police attack occurred in Central. At 2 o'clock this (21st) afternoon, a 43-year-old woman surnamed Chen was intercepted by police officers on patrol outside the European Trade Center at 14 Connaught Road Central.
Suspected that she was dissatisfied with being intercepted in the street, she suddenly became emotional. In the process, a male police officer said that she was attacked with his hands and injured her eyes.
The police finally arrested Chen Nv in uniform on suspicion of assaulting a police officer.
The woman Chen reported unwell afterwards and was sent to Queen Mary Hospital for treatment separately from the injured policeman.
The case was handed over to the Central District Police District Criminal Investigation Team for follow-up.
