Wang Wenbin stated that on October 21, at the 76th UN General Assembly Third Committee meeting, Cuba made a joint speech on behalf of 62 countries, emphasizing that Hong Kong, Xinjiang, and Tibet affairs are China’s internal affairs and that outsiders should not interfere and support China’s presence in Hong Kong.
