Al-Ittihad team won the first edition of the Basketball Super Cup after defeating Al-Wahda with a score of 60-52 points in the final match that brought them together today at Al-Fayhaa Sports Hall in Damascus, in the presence of a large crowd.
The first quarter ended in favor of Al-Ittihad by 16-7 points, while Al-Wehda advanced in the second quarter by 18-7 points. The first half ended with Al-Wehda advancing 25-23 points, while the match ended in favor of Al-Ittihad with a score of 60-52 points to crown the championship title.
Al-Wahda and Al-Ittihad teams qualified for the final match by placing first and second places at the end of the first round, which was held in one stage.
