Hernando de Soto, economist and leader of the Avanza País Party, affirmed in an interview with Fernando del Rincón that it would be a serious mistake to dissolve Congress in Peru or to remove President Pedro Castillo, given the deep division of existing factions in that country.
His comments come after Congress gave the green light to the draft Law on Trust Matters, which the Executive rejected.
