Further infections were detected in a nursing home in Norderstedt, where a number of corona cases occurred last week.
As the Segeberg district announced on Friday, six other residents and one employee of the home had tested positive for the virus compared to the previous day.
A total of six residents and one employee are currently being treated in the hospital, said a district spokeswoman.
Norderstedt - None of them are in the intensive care unit.
Since the beginning of the week, 66 of the 76 home residents and 21 of around 70 employees have been infected, a 95-year-old resident died at the beginning of the week.
