The demonstrators waved signs calling on the police to close their station in Umm al-Fahm and removing the policemen from the city, saying: "If the police are unable to give us personal security.
There is fear in the streets and there are no detainees - so the police and the police left the city. "
Some of the protesters tried to throw stones at the police station and the police, but the organizers of the demonstration prevented them and dispersed them.
The demonstration took place under the heavy security of large police forces, and during a visit to the city by the Minister of Internal Security, Amar Bar-Lev.
