Inflation compensation: Emmanuel Macron defends a "fair and targeted" measure

In total, more than 38 million French people will receive this aid of 100 euros.

It targets people earning less than 2,000 euros net per month before withholding tax and excluding activity bonus.

Scholarship students will also be concerned.
