After three defeats in a row, FSV Mainz 05 is hoping for a turnaround in today's Friday evening game (8.30 p.m. / DAZN) of the Bundesliga against FC Augsburg.
The team of coach Bo Svensson has slipped to eleventh place in the table, but the guests have four points less.
"We are only on the ninth matchday, after that nothing is decided, no matter in which direction it goes," said the Dane.
Mainz - Svensson, except for the injured central defender Jeremiah St. Juste, all players are available.
Most recently, Rheinhessen lost six competitive matches against Augsburg in a row.
