The woke revolution is carried by a new religious left, which reconnects with the totalitarian temptation of other times deciphered by Jean-François Revel, Raymond Aron, George Orwell and Czeslaw Milosz, and without embarrassment confesses its desire for the annihilation of civilization western.
From debunked statues to burnt books, through canceled conferences or held under police protection, we see the lynching crowd resurface in history, with uninhibited symbolic violence that already suggests the desire for physical violence.
