The Hamburg Senate wants to publish a new Corona Containment Ordinance today.
Among other things, it provides for an expansion of the so-called 2G option model to include trade and body-hugging services, as was announced after the last Senate meeting.
Retailers and hairdressers, for example, can decide to only serve vaccinated and convalescent people under 2G - then there is no mask and distance requirement.
Hamburg - Excluded from the option model are daily needs such as supermarkets, drugstores or pharmacies.
Unvaccinated people should also be able to continue shopping there.
The new regulation will come into force on Saturday and should apply for four weeks.
