An unregistered flat-rate party at the Isar reservoir near Bad Tölz ended in the summer with the police disbanding it - much to the displeasure of two young men from Lenggries, who were now on trial.

- An unannounced party now had consequences for two young boys before the Wolfratshausen juvenile court.
There the two Lenggries (17 and 19 years old) had to answer for damage to property that was harmful to the community.
The proceedings were discontinued, in return each of them had to pay 500 euros to the Tölzer coaches.
100 young people drink at a flat-rate party - until the police arrive
"It's true," the defendants admitted meekly after the prosecutor had read out again what they were accused of.
On the night of June 13 of this year, the two were guests at a so-called flat rate party in a hut near the reservoir.
For a fee of 25 euros, each guest could get as many drinks as they wanted.
According to the investigation, around 100 young people followed the call on the Internet that night.
The hustle and bustle was not hidden from the police on their nightly patrol.
Because she had not been properly registered, the officers unceremoniously broke up the party.
Police doused with cherry laurel and ceded outside mirrors
The abrupt end of the celebration so enraged the two defendants that they vented their anger on the police vehicle parked nearby.
They covered the car with cherry laurel and kicked off both exterior mirrors.
The property damage amounts to exactly 471.19 euros, according to the indictment.
With slightly flushed cheeks, the two sat in front of the judge.
They felt similarly ashamed when they volunteered to report to the police a short time after the incident.
During the night they escaped the officers.
"Frustration about the party dissolution and too much alcohol" was the reason why they had behaved so wrong, the accused said meekly in court.

That they ruefully marched to the police paid off at the trial. “That was good,” emphasized judge Friederike Kirschstein-Freund, who refrained from pronouncing a judgment. The public prosecutor was also able to get used to the discontinuation of the proceedings, only when it came to the amount of money that had to be paid, the ideas diverged a little. Juvenile court assistant Josephin Haufe had suggested 300 euros for each defendant, since both are employed. She also expects the teenagers to pay for the damage caused. The prosecutor demanded “a higher amount because it was a police car in action” - namely 500 euros for each person. The judge complied with this request.
