Under the number 0800/0431431, all citizens in North Rhine-Westphalia could now give the authorities low-threshold information, said Interior Minister Herbert Reul (CDU) on Friday.
The number can be dialed, for example, if you are worried about a child from the neighborhood, school or kindergarten, but do not want to inform the emergency number straight away.
