North Rhine-Westphalia's Interior Minister Herbert Reul (CDU) has warned against plans by the SPD, Greens and FDP for internal security. Their exploratory paper shows "that this traffic light coalition has little to do with the issue of security," said Reul of the "Rheinische Post" (Friday edition). "If the traffic light now wants to rebuild the security architecture and speaks of a general overhaul, that is extremely problematic."
