A suspected thief with his victim's shoes and baseball cap has been provisionally arrested at Hamburg Central Station.
The police announced on Friday that the man is urgently suspected of stealing a sleeping traveller's suitcase with jewelry, clothing, cash and documents worth around 4,000 euros on Friday night.
Hamburg - The 20-year-old victim discovered a man in the foyer in the morning who was wearing his shoes and baseball cap from the stolen suitcase.
The theft of the suitcase can be seen on the surveillance cameras.
The 28-year-old suspect is also suspected of having committed five other crimes.
