The arrest of a thief of a cell network towers in Hama

The police of Salhab district in Hama arrested a thief of a cell phone network and seized a stolen car and two people who helped him transport and hide the stolen items.

The Ministry of Interior stated in a statement that SANA received a copy of it that, based on the information received from the Salhab district police in Hama about the theft of one of the cell phone towers (Syriatel) in the town of Abu Qubais by unknown people, and through careful research and investigation, the district police managed to arrest the thief and confiscated it. A Saba car that he was driving, and after checking the condition of the car, it was found that it was stolen and had non-conforming plates, and the search for it was broadcast.

The ministry indicated that during the interrogation of the arrested, he confessed to buying the car with his knowledge that it was stolen from a person in the city of Salamiyah, and in association with people who were hiding in stealing a cell network tower (Syriatel) from the town of Abu Qubais, transferring the stolen items to the aforementioned car and hiding it in the home of two people who were arrested and confessed to hiding The stolen goods and assisting the arrestee by transporting them.

The ministry indicated that the stolen items were recovered and the necessary measures were taken against them, and that they were brought before the duly competent judiciary.
