In the summer of 2020 and a year later in the summer of 2021, TSV Peiting wanted to host its delegate assembly.

Both appointments did not materialize due to the corona.

In the third attempt it has now worked.

Peiting

- "I'm happy to finally say 'Grüß Gott' to the TSV family," said Peiting's Mayor Peter Ostenrieder when greeting the 84 people present in the Birkenried gymnasium. Whereby he admitted that he liked to have done this earlier. "Unfortunately, that was not possible because of Corona," said Ostenrieder, who expressly thanked the TSV for the good implementation of the state requirements during the pandemic.

At the same time, the town hall chief also praised his predecessor Michael Asam and the local council: "I think you left a well-tended field," said Ostenrieder, who himself also received praise from TSV President Günther Neureuther.

"After the election, I was skeptical about the new mayor's friendliness towards sport, but he continues to work well with us," said Neureuther, who is in favor of the community for the new football fields in the former gravel pit, but also for the decree thanked the rent for the sports facilities for a year.

In his report, the TSV boss discussed, among other things, the renovation of the TSV square at the Schloßberghalle, which cost around 146,000 euros.

58,000 euros came from subsidies, the rest of the money came from the association.

Members remain loyal to TSV in the corona pandemic

Fortunately, the TSV was not affected by the strong decline in membership, which many other sports clubs complain about due to the corona.

"We were spared a bit," said Neureuther with a view to the current 2466 members (previous year 2602).

The TSV boss reported a plus in the number of trainer licenses, which rose from 85.5 to 99.

"The sports program is very popular at TSV, but unfortunately not all offers could be hosted because of the pandemic," said Neureuther, who hopes that things will now return to normal.

Treasurer Hans Schilcher announced black numbers for the past two years.

In 2019, the bottom line was a plus of 40,000 euros, in 2020 a profit of 21,000 euros.

In the elections, the entire presidium was confirmed in office.

The TSV management team thus continues to consist of Neureuther (President), Schilcher (Vice President Finance), Volker Hickisch (Vice President Sport), Pia Pelzl (Secretary), Thomas Strobl (Property Advisor) and the two departmental officers Theda Smith Eberle and Heinz-Günter Deuster.

Dennis Luschtinetz's “Internet” assessor position, which is no longer available due to his job, remained vacant.

With an appeal from Neureuther, "as long as possible, collect the paper", the meeting of delegates ended after just one hour.
