Train collides with wild boar rot: six dead animals

A train collided with a wild boar on the Stendal - Wolfsburg railway line.

The driver had reported a collision with an unknown object on Thursday morning, as the federal police announced in Magdeburg on Friday.

The officials found six dead wild boars on the route between Miesterhorst and Oebisfelde, as well as tracks on the train.

Stendal - The route could be opened again after a two-hour closure.

There was no damage to the train.
