The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Zeng Guowei, said at the opening ceremony that Hong Kong plays an important role in the development of Qianhai and will continue to discuss with the central government to speed up the implementation of measures to further open up trade in services in the Qianhai Plan.
