Twelve tourists have died after being trapped in snow between the northern Indian states of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
Xinhua quoted the local disaster management authority as saying today: Rescue teams have recovered two bodies from Himachal Pradesh, ten bodies from Uttarakhand and two injured, while the search is still going on for the missing.
Rescue teams are continuing their work at the scene of the accident.
