The Nanterre Criminal Court rendered its judgment Friday evening. The D. brothers, who ran a business organized in seven

Their cascading denials did not convince.

Far from it.

This Friday evening, at the end of five days of hearing, the 12th chamber of the correctional court of Nanterre sentenced the seventeen people tried for drug trafficking organized in the northern districts of Asnières in seven points of sale.

Unsurprisingly, the heaviest sentences are inflicted on the D. brothers, designated as the bosses of the deal.

Demba D., 26, who is however the only one to have admitted selling cannabis, but not within the framework of the family network, receives the most severe sentence: six years in prison.

The young man managed a Snapchat account promoting the merchandise on offer.

And it was he who held the telephone lines of the "call center" used to take orders, in this business on which the Territorial Security looked at in September 2019 and which it dismantled in June 2020.

Fines and ban on appearing in Asnières

His brothers, Ibrahim, 24, and Yacouba, 27, are sentenced to five years for running this business in the northern neighborhoods, spread over seven sites.

From the Freycinets district to rue Edouard-Branly, via the Quatre-Routes market square and rue des Mourinoux, the network covered the entire area.

Before the judges, Ibrahim and Yacouba D. repeated that they had "nothing to do" with the sale of drugs and this network, but the witnesses, whom the investigators heard anonymously to avoid reprisals, and the police surveillance confused them .

Not to mention the buyers, their lifestyle and the goods seized from them.

The “managers” of the deal points are sentenced to terms ranging from three to four years and for sellers, the penalties range from eight months to two years.

In addition to imprisonment, most members of the network are sentenced to fines and almost all are banned from appearing in Asnières and Colombes for three or five years.

For the D. brothers, the entire Hauts-de-Seine department is forbidden to them.
