The seven-day incidence of corona infections in Thuringia has risen rapidly above the 200 mark.
As the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) announced, the value rose to 206.3 on Saturday, compared with 192.7 the day before.
The Free State continues to have the highest seven-day incidence of all federal states.
Erfurt - Germany-wide, according to the RKI, the incidence on Saturday was 100. The value in Thuringia was more than twice as high.
According to the RKI, the health authorities in Thuringia reported 804 new infections in the past 24 hours.
No new deaths related to Covid 19 disease have been reported.

The number of weekly hospitalized cases per 100,000 inhabitants has been above the critical value of 12 for over a week. The hospitalization incidence is a factor in the classification into warning levels.
Almost all Thuringian regions are in warning level two of the Thuringian Corona early warning system.
