"The outline of the green class will not be activated in the dormitories tomorrow, for the simple reason that up to this moment we have not been given a single antigen test," the organizations said.
"There will be no way to operate the outline in early childhood dormitories. This time, too, the state is proving that for it children are born at the age of three."
