A man now hung brown smeared underpants on a huge scaffolding in his garden, so that his neighbors were bothered by it.

, Bernhard Schmeilzl is provoked by his Regensburg * neighbor.
He attached large white underpants with brown spots to the garden fence.
Schmeilzl, who is a lawyer by profession, told the broadcaster: “What annoys me the most is that it just makes so much work.
He's doing an action [...] and steaming off to Turkey. ”If he doesn't want to look at the dirty underpants, he'll have to file a criminal complaint again.

Regensburg: neighbor hung dog waste bags on scaffolding
The underpants campaign is not the first of its kind. In July, Schmeilzl's neighbor had set up a large scaffolding in the garden and attached numerous bags filled with dog excrement.
The lawyer wants to know the reason for the provocative actions.
He found out that his neighbor is renting out prostitution apartments in another part of Regensburg.
"And since he knows that I know that, his honor has been hurt," says Schmeilzl.
Since then, his neighbor has tried "everything to push me and my wife out of our house *".

Having a conversation with his neighbor is "incredibly difficult".
For this reason, the lawyer filed a complaint.
The underpants were removed by the police.
