Duque says the capture of "Otoniel" is comparable to that of Pablo Escobar | Video

The president of Colombia, Iván Duque, affirmed that the capture of Dairo Antonio Úsuga, alias "Otoniel", "is the hardest blow that drug trafficking has suffered in this century" in Colombia.

Duque added that "this blow is only comparable to the fall of Pablo Escobar."

The president reported on the crimes committed by the top head of the Gulf Clan.
