The occupancy rate in the industrial plots of the first five sectors in Adra Industrial City has reached one hundred percent.
The assistant director of Adra Industrial City, Eng. Madian Nasra, explained to SANA’s delegate that the city administration is in the process of serving a new area in the seventh sector in order to offer it for investment as industrial divisions.
Adra Industrial City currently includes 1,100 operating industrial facilities and 3,000 facilities under construction, according to Nasra, who indicated that work is underway at a high and regular pace to complete the infrastructure of the old areas in the industrial city and meet the urgent need for industrialists, with the allocation of 11 dividers for industrialists to create residential buildings for workers.
