Saxony continues to have the third highest corona incidence nationwide.
The Robert Koch Institute (RKI) stated the number of new infections per 100,000 inhabitants in the past seven days on Saturday as 159 (previous day: 142.5).
The incidence was only higher in Thuringia (206.3) and Bavaria (163.7).
Dresden - The RKI reported eleven more deaths and 1572 new infections for the Free State.
The region with the highest infection rate is the Erzgebirgskreis (242.5).
The value is lowest in the Vogtland district (68.3).
