The seven-day incidence of new corona infections in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania fell slightly again on Saturday.
After 101 new infections were detected, the State Office for Health and Social Affairs (Lagus) in Rostock gave the incidence at 69.9 - after 70.2 the previous day and 56.3 a week ago.
The seven-day incidence gives the number of new infections detected per 100.

The number of Covid patients in hospitals and patients in intensive care units remained unchanged at 67 and 24. The death toll has also remained unchanged at 1226 since the beginning of the pandemic.
On the state's corona risk map, all districts and cities with the exception of the Mecklenburg Lake District are in the yellow area.
In the yellow-colored areas, the seven-day incidences are above the value of 50. In the city and in the Rostock district, more than five percent of all intensive care beds are occupied by Covid patients (5.4 each).
These two regions also have the highest seven-day incidence of new infections with 95.7 (Hanseatic City of Rostock) and 84.3 (Rostock district).
