Yesterday evening, the Spanish security forces arrested two people during a security operation against terrorism carried out in the city of Malacca.
Today, Malaga newspaper reported that intelligence units of the Spanish Civil Guard, with the support of rapid intervention units, raided an abandoned building and were able to arrest two extremists, noting that during searches and searches, several boxes of materials including computers and documents belonging to terrorists were found.
The newspaper pointed out that investigations are still underway under the supervision of the Central Investigation Court of the Supreme National Court against international terrorism, explaining that this process is part of a broader international operation where security experts are investigating whether these two detainees are related to some detainees from a recently dismantled terrorist cell. In addition, the security services do not rule out the occurrence of new arrests as part of this operation against terrorism.
