An industrial accident occurred at Kowloon City Kowloon Hospital. At 3 pm today (23rd), a male cleaner in his 50s was cleaning leaves on a covered walkway outside the Jockey Club Kowloon Rehabilitation Center. Suspected that the rubber plate of the upper cover suddenly broke. He immediately fell to the ground and injured his head.
Ambulancemen were present and sent the sober male worker to Elizabeth Hospital for treatment.
The police enclosed the scene of the accident, leaving blood stains and a seat belt on the ground. The case is now classified as an industrial accident investigation.
The rubber plate of the upper cover broke and left a big hole.
