Tseung Kwan O Police District Task Force officers targeted a target man in an intervening car case in Tseung Kwan O and launched an ambush in the Tong Chun Street car park area.
At about 4 pm yesterday (23rd), police officers found a man who looked suspicious and his appearance was consistent with the suspect. They then stopped for investigation and arrested a 39-year-old local man named Yang, suspected of stealing and intervening in a car, and he was arrested on the spot. Back to 25 reference books and supplementary exercises, worth about 2800 yuan.
The arrested man is now being detained by the police for investigation.
The case was handed over to the fourth team of the Criminal Investigation Team of Tseung Kwan O Police District for follow-up.
