When her daughter Anna was five months old, Amit Farkash got a dream opportunity and went for a month to film: "It was not easy," she admits in an intimate conversation with Jordan Harel, about life, motherhood and everything in between. "But I planned everything in advance and knew at any given moment who the girl was with, what she was eating and where she was sleeping. It was my 'flowing mother'."

A colleague told Jordan that she still feels a bit shocked that she is a mother, but also worries about starting to return to routine after the birth: "A child changes life from end to end and it is clear that Anna is a top priority for everything, "I think part of being a good mother is also taking care of yourself and fulfilling yourself."

The one who helps the colleague a lot to fulfill herself is her husband Yair, an "amazing father" according to her, who gets up at night to be with the baby when needed and lets the colleague sleep: "There is some consideration ...Sometimes she wakes up and I give him a little elbow and that's ... ", she adds with a smile.

And like any mom, Amit also does not want to feel alone so she has a WhatsApp group with other moms and in addition, she is a regular user of the JAMA app, where you can find a community of moms from your area and experts to consult on various pregnancy and maternity issues: "Finally, I decide what It suits me and the girl, because I feel her in the best way, but it is important to help others. "

Anna is already nine months old and Amit says that after the birth she has returned to practice and mainly enjoys the walks with the baby.

Another thing she is careful about is the grooming routine: "Aesthetics are important, because that's how I feel clean. I don't put on a lot of make-up, but creams, serums and such - it does."
