A man broke into a rally against vaccination mandates with his car, injuring at least one person Saturday afternoon in Palmdale, California.
William Aslaksen, 64, was
arrested after getting into his car and ramming into a crowd
in a protest against vaccination mandates, the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department reported.

Aslaksen allegedly argued with the protesters, got into his vehicle and lashed out at the group of people demonstrating on the sidewalk.
A woman, who was not identified, was injured
but is in stable condition, authorities said.

Court records detail that Aslaksen was being held Sunday morning on a $ 50,000 bond.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday morning.
