The court today (Sunday) allowed the publication of the name of a psychiatrist at a hospital in Be'er Sheva, who is suspected of committing serious sexual offenses on a patient.
The doctor's name is Hassan Abu Ghraiba, a 32-year-old resident of Lakia.
An investigation was opened against Abu Ghraiba earlier this month, after a young southern resident filed a complaint against him through a representative of the Sexual Aid Victims Assistance Center.
The investigation shows that the young woman sought the advice of Abu Ghraiba, and he committed sexual offenses with her.
Since then, the psychiatrist's detention has been extended several times, and will continue until tomorrow.
