Good news for mulled wine lovers: Most of the Christmas markets in the region will take place again this year - but not all.
Valley
As the community announced on request, the Unterdarching-Lainder boys' association is planning a Christmas market on the third Sunday in Advent in the courtyard of the Graf-Arco brewery: "The boys are still talking to the trade office, but confident that the market can take place."
Otterfing
In Otterfing, a Christmas market is planned for Sunday, December 19, with 15 to 20 stalls on the Rathausplatz.
“In compliance with the requirements of the state government,” said organizer Michael Gruber.
The guidelines only provide for the minimum distance in the open air, which is to be achieved, among other things, by greater distances between the stands.
Warngau
It looks rather bad for the Warngauer with their own Christmas market.
Due to the Corona situation and the high level of effort, the community is currently tending to let the market fail.
Weyarn
The community of Weyarn is highly motivated.
She held talks with clubs and developed an infection protection concept.

The municipality wants to create test facilities for the staff at the 15 stands.
Even Weyarn's Italian partner community Terre del Reno is preparing for a visit to the market, which is to take place in the cloister courtyard on the third weekend in Advent.
Wooden churches
The organization of the Christmas market seems to be under way: On its website, the municipality announces that the Christmas market will take place on the weekend, 11/12.
