In the Western capitals and in their chancelleries installed in Turkey, the news shocked those who had nevertheless become accustomed to the affronts of Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

On Saturday, in front of a crowd of supporters, the Turkish head of state announced that ten ambassadors should pack their bags
"as soon as possible"

"I gave instructions (...) so that these ten foreign ministers ... so that these ambassadors are declared persona non grata
," he declared, committing a slip.
They will know Turkey, understand it… Otherwise, they will leave it! ”
