Li Wenhao issued a document today (24th) stating that he had left Hong Kong a few days ago and successfully arrived in London, England, and uploaded a selfie taken at Heathrow Airport.

He said that he would not use "exile" to describe the current situation. He said that earlier he discovered that more and more people were following him and realized that he had to leave in time. He also said that he would not fight an "international war" and would "work against him" with knowledge.
