A motorcyclist from Waakirchen sustained minor injuries in a rear-end collision in Weyarn.
He had to be transported to the hospital for treatment.
Weyarn - According to the police, the accident occurred on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 3:55 p.m. A 58-year-old from Munich drove the Münchner Straße in Weyarn to the northwest. He stopped at a pedestrian crossing as a passer-by was crossing the street. The 57-year-old motorcyclist behind him could no longer brake in time - and crashed into the rear of the car in front of him. According to the police, the Waakirchner had not kept enough distance from the man in front of him. He fell to the ground and suffered various injuries that required hospital treatment. The total property damage is approximately 8500 euros.
