Persian literature and its relationship to Arabic literature and the mutual influence between them are topics addressed in the symposium held by the Arab Writers Union with the participation of Iranian writers.
Member of the Executive Office of the Writers Union, researcher Al-Arqam Al-Zoubi, who moderated the symposium, pointed out that Persian literature is one of the most important achievements of human creativity in quantity, quality, content and documentation of the civilization of a people who love beauty and knowledge.
Iranian writer Ali Asghar Ezzati Pak considered that dialogue between peoples is an important necessity that leads to a positive culture, especially between intellectuals in Syria and Iran, noting that those who follow literature in his country closely follow the Syrian literary product due to its importance and distinction.
Ezzati Pak pointed out that the fictional producer is witnessing a growing presence in his country, as he publishes 4,000 novels annually, reviewing the nature of Iranian literature and his personal experience.
The Iranian writer Mahdi Kavash said in his axis that Syria is of great importance in Iran because we have common dreams and visions, and I have monitored many events that I wrote through relations with the Syrians.
Kafash emphasized that Syria is the country of civilizations and that its beautiful future will soon shine because it has all the ingredients for the production of creativity.
In a statement to SANA, the head of the Arab Writers Union, Dr. Muhammad al-Hourani, stated that it is the duty of Syrian cultural institutions to communicate with cultures at the other and to promote meetings between creators in our country and other people of other nationalities, with the need to promote the translation of the creations of our book into the languages of the world, especially with countries that have stood with Syria is in distress.
