Serious accident at Spitzingsee: Police are looking for an accident driver
At around 3:20 a.m., the five-passenger BMW was on State Road 2077 on its way to Spitzingsee.
The Miesbach police wrote in their press release that the drivers and passengers came from the Freising licensing area.
For an as yet unexplained cause, the BWM came off the road and steered to the left towards the rock face.
All five occupants were injured, some of them moderately severe, in the collision with the same.
The car was just scrap.
The police put the total loss at around 18,000 euros.
Before the inmates could be brought to the surrounding hospitals for medical care, they had to answer questions from the law enforcement officers.
They saw immediately that everyone was under the influence of alcohol.
In addition, they did not want to provide any information about the driver involved in the accident.
Therefore, the police had no choice but to initiate a preliminary investigation.
The offenses of negligent bodily harm and endangerment of road traffic are to be clarified.
A blood sample was taken from all occupants and the vehicle involved in the accident was seized.
In order to clarify the course of events and the question of guilt, the police are now hoping for witnesses.
So anyone who observed or saw the accident, who drove the car, should report to the Miesbach police station.
The telephone number is (0 80 25) 29 90.
