The kingdom reported this morning (Monday) ahead of the World Cup next winter (2022) that David Bakram has agreed on a contract that will make him Qatar's world ambassador for the next decade.
The fresh English ambassador will of course not do so voluntarily and will receive a sky-high salary of £ 150 million (£ 15 million a year), a fact that has provoked fierce resentment in the British Isles.
As is known, since it became known that the World Cup will indeed take place in Qatar in the winter of 2022, and following the country's harsh image due to the systematic human rights violations in the country, the government is trying to "whiten" all reports of corruption and bribery, especially the harsh treatment of foreign workers.
David Beckham has taken millions to be the face of the Qatar World Cup where gay people are persecuted and women are devoid of human rights.

The British media did not move to the agenda on the new appointment and sharply criticized the former star.
"David Beckham made a big, hard mistake," the Daily Mail reported.
Peter Tatchel, one of the UK's rights activists, added: "We all hope he thinks about it again. It really does not work out with his overt support for women's rights and LGBT people."

Spokesmen for the football legend, on the other hand, tried to explain: "David Beckham believes that football can bridge all the gaps, he knows that there is progress in Qatar in many social areas. He will try to promote great things and believes there will be an outstanding football tournament."
