Last Saturday, a traffic accident occurred shortly before 11 p.m. on the state road between Petersbrunn and Starnberg.
A 24-year-old from Starnberg came off the road to the right in a Mercedes on the way to Starnberg.
When the accident was recorded, the driver noticed a strong alcohol odor and a breath alcohol test was then carried out.
This resulted in a value of the equivalent of 2.14 per mille.
It also turned out that the driver does not have a valid driver's license.
The driver suffered no injuries, otherwise no other vehicle was involved in the accident.
The car suffered damage of around 20,000 euros.
Two delineator posts were also damaged.
The driver now comes across two displays.
