Police arrested last night (Sunday) as part of an accelerated investigation, 3 more suspects from the center and north involved in a brawl at Bloomfield Stadium in a game between Hapoel Tel Aviv and Betar Jerusalem last week.
The police said that "at the end of their investigation, the suspects were imprisoned. The police opened an initiated investigation last week, after examining documentation materials and evidence of a brawl that occurred during the game in Bloomfield."
This morning, in accordance with the needs of the investigation and its findings, the police will ask the Magistrate's Court in Tel Aviv to remove the fans from the football fields immediately, while imposing restrictive conditions and subject to bail, along with further investigation into their case.
It was also stated that "the Israel Police takes violence on the pitches seriously and will use the variety of technological means and tools available to it, against those who endanger the safety and security of the fans, while trying to turn a cultural event into a battlefield and take full action."
