Unit 2 of Fanling Garden and Unit 2 of Chun Yat Heen, Chin Yen Road, 11 Fanling Lou Road, Sheung Shui, were infiltrated with serial burglaries. At 7 o'clock in the evening yesterday (24th), residents of 4 units reported that the windows were damaged in the house. There are traces of being ransacked.
Police officers arrived at the scene, and after preliminary enumeration, a total of 70,000 yuan in cash was stolen by the culprits, and about 120,000 yuan worth of jewelry and 40,000 yuan watches and rings were suspected to have been stolen.
It is estimated that a total of about 230,000 yuan of property was lost.
After investigation, the police classified the case as a serial burglary and handed it over to the first team of the Criminal Investigation Team of the Tai Po Police District for follow-up. No one has been arrested yet.
